Refund Policy
Habesha Festival is a community-led initiative. All funds collected support event planning, venue costs, permits, equipment rentals, programming, and operational expenses.
Tickets
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Refunds will not be issued for personal scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with programming changes.
Vendor, Exhibitor & Participant Fees
Vendor, exhibitor, sponsor, and participant fees are non-refundable once payment has been received. Payment secures space, administrative processing, and event preparation. Fees are not contingent on attendance levels, weather conditions, or sales performance.
Donations
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Event Modifications
Habesha Festival reserves the right to modify programming, schedules, performers, or venue arrangements as necessary. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Cancellation & Unforeseen Circumstances
Habesha Festival shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or venue closures.
If the event is cancelled by the organizers and not rescheduled, refund eligibility, if any, will be determined at the sole discretion of the organizing committee after non-recoverable expenses have been accounted for.
By purchasing a ticket, paying vendor fees, or making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
